Rates

Our pricing offered for Anyadwe House on an exclusive, private basis for the entire property catering for a maximum of 8 guests are:

High Season – $2700 per night

Low Season – $2080 per night

High Season Months: January, February, June, July, August, September, December

Low Season Months: March, April, May, October, November

During the Low Season Months, we can offer the property on a shared basis to cater for individual bookings of different guest parties who are comfortable sharing the facilities with others.

$675 per night per room, accommodating up to 2 guests

Rates include: Full Board accommodation, 3 multiple course meals per day, all hot beverages, bar snacks, house drinks, access to the private jetty and pool areas and other services provided at Anyadwe House.

Prices Exclude:  National Parks Fees, Premium and non-house drinks and optional activities.

We can also tailor a Murchison Falls area safari including “fly-in” options with flights, accommodation and transportation to and from nearby airstrips and activities. Please inquire with our Reservations Team on reservations@anyadwehouse.com for more details.

Discounted rates are offered for East African Residents, international wholesalers, travel agents and tour operators – please inquire further to discuss these options. Accommodation and preferential rates can be provided for local guides, tour leaders and international guides travelling with guests.

1. All tariffs quoted in contract rates include fully serviced accommodation, meals, house drinks (water, sodas, house wines, local beers and Ugandan spirits) and include current government taxes and VAT subject to change. The Company (Bakers Lodge Ltd) reserves the right to alter prices to cater for this or other amended government fees.
2. Tariffs are quoted in US Dollars and payments may be made in US Dollars or equivalent in Ugandan Shillings at on the day of payment.  Payment methods include bank transfers, Mobile Money or Visa / Mastercard credit or Debit Cards.  Shortfalls in amounts received into our bank accounts will be re-invoiced.
3. Tariffs quoted for East African Citizens/Residents are only applicable for use with proof of residence validated upon confirmation of the reservation.  The Company reserves the right of decision on applicable rates.
4. A non-refundable deposit for 20% of the booking value is required within 14 days for confirmation of all standard reservations or they are automatically cancelled thereafter.
5. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment and final rooming list/client names are required at least 14 working days prior to client arrival.
6. All cancellations or amendments are only accepted when received and acknowledged in writing by the Company.
7. All standard reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers (collectively known as a cancellations) are subject to cancellation and “no show” fees payable at our discretion under the following terms.
8.               * 42 + days prior to client arrival date – 20% cancellation fee will be charged or deposit forfeited
9.               * 41 – 30 days prior to client arrival date – 40% cancellation fee will be charged
10.               * 29 – 15 days prior to client arrival date – 65% cancellation fee will be charged
11.               * Less than 14 days prior to client arrival date – 100% cancellation fee will be charged
12.               * Failure to comply with the above terms may result in all bookings being automatically cancelled.
13. Check in time is 2.00pm and check out time is 10.00 am unless otherwise agreed with management
14. Laundry services (by hand and subject to weather) are available without charge for guests staying two nights or more.
15. Additional activities, meals, premium/special drinks and other services taken will be charged for at ruling rates before departure from the house.
16. Easter and Christmas Holiday Period supplements are not included on the contract rates and are subject to confirmation when booking.
17. Non standard tariffs, and special offers quoted may vary with regards inclusions within the arrangements but will be specified at time of reservation confirmation. The Company reserves the right of decision on applicable rates and relevant inclusions.
18. National Park Entry and other UWA fees are not included in rates and need to be paid separately
19. The Company and its agents shall be excused and shall not be deemed in default for any failure of performance hereunder, for any reasons beyond its control.  Such case shall be deemed to include, without limitation, war, warlike operations, armed aggression, insurrection, riots, fire, explosions, accidents, failure to obtain any government approvals, Governmental acts or omissions, regulations or orders, acts of God, acts of the public enemy, epidemics, pandemics, quarantine, restrictions or labour troubles. The Company reserves the right to amend rates terms and conditions at any time if the circumstances require this.
