Anyadwe House is situated adjacent to the boundary of Murchison Falls National Park on the South bank of the River Nile. From Kampala drive northwards on the main road towards Gulu, turning left off to Masindi at the Kafu River junction (approx. 3 hours after leaving Kampala). From Masindi turn right opposite the second Shell fuel station (on the corner with Masindi Hotel) to follow the Uganda Wildlife Authority and other signs and travel 6km along the road and then turn left towards the National Park Kichumbanyobo gate. Continue through the Kanyo-Pabidi section of the Budongo forest, down the escarpment past the turning to the Top of the Falls and onwards towards the Nile River at Paraa. Shortly before reaching the river Nile {approx. 60 – 80 min from Masindi} there are 2 left hand turns. Skip the first one that heads to Bulisa and take the second one to Mubako which hosts signage for Anyadwe House and other accommodation facilities in the area. Drive past the park offices, through Mubako village, past Paraa school and pass out of the park gate (approx 2.5km). The entrance to Anyadwe House is the first one on the right-hand side, approximately 30 metres after the park gate.

Anyadwe House can also be accessed from Kampala via the escarpment road passing through Hoima, Bulisa and Wanseko which avoids entering the National Park en route.

Scheduled and Charter flights land at Bugungu airstrip 20 minutes’ drive away on the south bank and at Pakuba airstrip on the North bank of the river approximately 40 minutes’ drive away.
